Our last night in our home

As I type, I have my clean Bonds undies on my head making a headscarf and cleanser on my face. I look a treat. We've cleaned all day and I couldn't find one single elastic band to tie my hair back with, so I'm being super creative!

Our last night! The house is all cleaned up and we're sleeping in our adjoining cabin. No dinner tonight, we had a big lunch/tea and we have no fridge. I'm looking forward to our new adventure.

The thing about moving out of your home (I've done this a few times mind you) is that when you get to the end, every little thing has to find its place. Scissors, sponges. All those little things - unless you want to just throw them all in the bin.

So tomorrow morning, (hang on I'll just take the Bonds undies off my head now) - I'll be waking up early to clean up this little cabin and skiddatle.

We have four weeks left of our tour (three on the Gold Coast) and then the last one on the Sunshine Coast. We'll be staying with Dad until we leave in mid-end July. Seems like a long time, but I know it'll fly.

Counting down

This time, in two months, we'll nearly be jumping on a plane to live in Switzerland. Tonight though, I'm devouring plays on the lounge in Witta. I just can't seem to read enough of them. I have another idea for a play I want to write and this week, I've sent a copy of Speak Up to Currency Publishing to see if they will publish it. The countdown is on.....
